Warehouse roofing - Omniasystem Omnia Spatial Structures specializes in the construction of large- scale industrial roof coverings

Design

Our Team initiates the project by designing the roofing structures, carefully examining each case individually.

Depending on the context and the client’s requirement, we select the dimensions of the grids for our modular metal structures, the type of roofing, the positions of the pillars, and the aesthetic finishes.

Production

After securing the project, we proceed to the production phase. Using a CNC automatic steel tube cutter, we precisely cut the grids to size. Subsequently, they are flattened at the ends using an industrial press and then pierced with a hydraulic punch.

In conclusion, our skilled operators oversee the assembly process, managing each step until the industrial warehouse roof structure is fully completed.

Materials

All grid components are crafted from S235JR steel, hot-dip galvanized both internally and externally.

The bolts, branded Omnia, are grade 8.8 white zinc coated with 8 coper microns.
